My name is Aharon, and I’m the owner of Shomer Home Inspections, proudly serving Jacksonville and Northeast Florida. I started this company with one goal: to provide thorough, honest home inspections that help clients make confident decisions.
Before becoming a licensed home inspector, I spent nearly eight years working in real estate, property management, and construction across Maryland and Florida. That hands-on experience gives me a deeper understanding of how homes function, where issues commonly arise, and what truly matters during an inspection.
As a Jacksonville home inspector, I work with buyers, sellers, and homeowners who want to move forward with clarity. Every inspection I perform is detailed, methodical, and focused on giving you a complete picture of the property. I don’t rush inspections, and I don’t rely on generic reports.
