Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want the booking process to be simple, transparent, and stress-free. 
Here's what you need to know:

Refunds - All inspections are fully refundable when canceled at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Your credit card is not charged until your inspection begins or in the event of a late cancellation as outlined below.

Cancellations & Rescheduling - Life happens — just let us know at least 24 hours in advance and there's no charge. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a small fee. We handle every situation with common sense and flexibility.

Property Access - We do our best to help coordinate access with you and your real estate agent to ensure a smooth start. However, please ensure the property is fully accessible at your scheduled time. Ultimately, the client is responsible for ensuring entry; if we are unable to access the home upon arrival, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and a fee could apply. If an access issue arises, we review it on a case-by-case basis at our discretion to find the fairest solution.

Add-On Services - Some specialty services may be non-refundable once scheduled. We'll let you know at the time of booking.

Unexpected Situations - Severe weather or circumstances outside anyone's control? We'll always work with you to find a solution — no penalties for things beyond your control.
